What Parents Say
Real feedback from families whose children have been through the program.
"My son used to cry whenever we did 'math time.' After 2 months with PLA, he's asking me math questions at dinner. The teacher makes it so playful and encouraging."
"I was nervous about online learning for my 4-year-old, but the teacher kept her fully engaged the whole session. She can now count to 50 and loves spotting shapes on our walks!"
"My daughter started P1 this year and her teacher said she was ahead of the class in math. I credit PLA entirely — the foundation they built was solid and she approached P1 with zero fear."
Common Questions
Honest answers to the questions we hear most from parents.
What age is this program designed for?
The Preschool Math Program is designed for children aged 4–8. We tailor the pace and content to each child's developmental stage.
Is this a live class or pre-recorded?
Always live. A real PLA teacher runs every session in real time. Pre-recorded videos can't engage a 4-year-old or correct a mistake in the moment.
What if my child isn't ready for a full class yet?
That's exactly what the free assessment is for. We'll assess your child's current level and give you an honest recommendation.
How does this prepare my child for Primary 1 math?
The P1 math syllabus covers number recognition, counting, simple addition and subtraction, shapes, and basic patterns — all core pillars of this program. Children who go through PLA typically enter P1 more confident and less anxious about math.
